Wesley Snipes got three years!

OCALA, Fla. (AP) -- A federal judge has sentenced action star Wesley Snipes to the maximum three-year sentence on tax charges. Prosecutors had requested three years, one year for each of Snipes' convictions of willfully failing to file a tax return. Snipes' lawyers offered three dozen letters from family members, friends and even fellow actors Woody Harrelson and Denzel Washington attesting to his good character. They argued he should get only probation, because all three convictions were misdemeanors and the actor had no previous criminal record.[Source]

The woman who is accusing Lisa Raye's Husband Michael Misick is actually a white business woman who is not in the industry. Sources also revealed that she was not on the list to gain access to the compound and Lisa Raye was out of the country when this alleged situation occurred.

Michael Misick, Chief Minister of Turks & Caicos and the husband of actress Lisa Raye, is accused of raping an unidentified American woman at the couples home on the island, according to various sources. The alleged incident happened over week ago during the weekend of a gala opening at the Nikki Beach Resort and Spa. The woman, said to be a friend to Lisa Raye, reported the crime to local police, then returned to her home in the United States. Minister Misick has denied the assault ever took place. Goddamn! *taking deep breaths* In a recent interview with ajc or mtv, I am sorry but I have no idea which one. Rapper T.I. admits to have lost at least $10 to $12 millions due to his recent situtation. I mean godamn again! it has not even been a year!
T.I. on losing millions:
GM had to back up off of me," he said. "There are films that I missed out on. Not speaking of, of course ... tours. Tons of business. I've probably lost about $10 to $12 million.Sometimes you laugh to keep from crying. But you know, I'm blessed to be able to be out here to make $10 to $12 [million] more. Especially considering I brought this all on myself. So you know — minimal injury. Maximum lesson learned.
I feel blessed," he said. "Lucky ain't the word. It's by the grace of God that I'm here. Rapper T.I. pleaded guilty Thursday to federal weapons possession charges and is to be sentenced in one year, after completing a period of community service. In the year that he is awaiting sentencing, T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, must complete at least 1,000 hours of a total 1,500 hours of community service, talking to youth groups about the pitfalls of guns, gangs and drugs. Harris, 27, who was dressed in a gray business suit, told the judge he understands the terms of the agreement. He pleaded guilty to possession of an unregistered firearm, possession of machine guns and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.[SOURCE]

ON T.I. CASE IN COURT TOMOROW - *Part 1*
T.I., who was indicted on 3 federal weapons charges yesterday, will make his 2nd court appearance tomorrow(friday) where his attorneys plan to argue their case for his release on bond. T.I.'s pregnant girlfriend, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, and a few of his children (except King, who is still suffering from the effects of tear gas) are expected to be in attendance.

T.I. was arrested last Saturday after attempting to take possession of machine guns and silencers from his bodyguard in a shopping center parking lot. A bail hearing in federal court on Monday (10/15) was postponed until Friday (10/19). In an interview with the AJC following Monday's hearing, Steve Sadow, one of T.I.'s lawyers said he requested Harris's bond hearing be postponed until Friday to give the defense team more time to prepare. But sources say Sadow and another of T.I.'s lawyers, Dwight Thomas, are preparing to ask U.S. Magistrate Alan Baverman to place T.I. on house arrest under electronic surveillance or require him to wear an ankle monitoring device as a condition of his bond. "This would ensure the public's safety as well as allow [T.I.] to continue to support his family until his trial comes up," said a source who is familiar with the case. But a prominent Atlanta attorney said T.I.'s background will be a factor in the judge's decision - "I understand [T.I.] violated his probation with a previous gun charge, not to mention the felony conviction on drug charges in Cobb County," said the attorney, who asked to remain anonymous. "The judge will also take into consideration the company that the young man keeps," said the attorney referring to the two rappers signed to T.I.'s label who were named in the federal affidavit for allegedly providing T.I. with guns. "All of those factors will weigh heavily against him when he goes before the judge," the attorney explained. Once again, T.I.'s 5 children, his pregnant longtime girlfriend Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, and his other two baby mamas - will be in the courtroom for Friday's hearing. "The judge needs to see T.I. as a family man who is devoted to his kids rather than as a thug," said a source. "T.I. is a great, great father. He loves those kids. He worships his family." SR
Follow-up on Rapper T.I.'s arrest!

So by now you all know that rapper T.I. was arrested yesterday (Saturday). Now here goes the when? where? and why? ............
It has been reported that T.I. along with his entourage were arrested in a Walgreens parking lot in Atlanta yesterday. Just hours before the 2nd annual Bet Hip-Hop Awards. So far, his entourage included Xscape's Tameka"Tiny"Cottle, rapper Young Dro and Macboney. Some are pictured above.
But T.I. did not take part in the photos that are shown in this post because he was already placed in a police car, but the Black Range rover he was traveling in can be seen below.
According to news channels, and various websites. The reason for the rapper's arrest was The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) arrested T.I. in Atlanta on multiple weapons charges, after they say he had a bodyguard try to buy machine guns and silencers.
So while TIP and the crew were being arrested int the Parking lot, a search warrant was being executed to his College Park Residence. Where weapons were allegedly recovered.
But a source close to the Grand Hustle family made the statement below to a gossip site
A source close to embattled rapper T.I. says that the gun charges leveraged against the hip-hopper are false; T.I. never tried to purchase guns -- it was all his bodyguard. The source statement was "[The bodyguard] asked T.I. for an advance on his [pay] and T.I. gave it to him. ...Whatever he spent money on -- whether it be guns, drugs, or formula for his children -- T.I. had nothing to do with it." That's it, he was buying formula! And those guns found in T.I.'s house? "T.I. has security that lives with him and stay with him at all times. The gun that the [federal agents] found belonged to his security team" -- all of whom are licensed to carry them, the source claims. "The government was just looking to pin a case on T.I. - they've been trying for years. So they pushed [the bodyguard] into snitching on T.I."

While scrolling down on Real Gossip101. I caught this shocking developing news on well known Atlanta rapper. Cliffor Harris, also known as T.I. Federal search warrant were executed today to the rapper's college park home. T.I. was schedule to addend the Bet Hip-Hop awards where he leads with 9 nominations. Which I mentioned previoulsy, but instead was taking into police custody.Read more below in the quote
ATLANTA (FOX 5) – Well-known rapper T.I. was arrested at his southwest Atlanta home Saturday. A federal search warrant was executed Saturday afternoon and special agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and Explosives spent most of the afternoon at the College Park residence about 15 miles southwest of the city. Clifford Harris, better known as T.I., was taken into custody, while agents searched his Atlanta home. Investigators did not release the charges, but did say the investigation unfolded quickly.{READ MORE}

Extra! has court papers filed by Shaunie O'Neal in which "she denies that their marriage to NBA superstar Shaquille O'Neal has been irretrievably broken." Extra adds, "Furthermore, she is asking the court to dismiss Shaq’s earlier petition and requests a three-month continuance in hopes of preserving her marriage."
