I am pretty sure if you are a hip-hop fan, let alone a T.I. fan you would be interested in knowing the words or reasons behind T.I. latest album cover artwork for 'Paper Trail'. In an email sent to MTV news on Monday, the rappers elaborates on why he chose this particular album cover for his sixth LP.
We didn't want to just do a typical cover, especially for my sixth album," T.I. told us via e-mail. "I wanted to try something a little more different. The illustration for Paper Trail pays an obvious homage to my rekindled affinity for writing my lyrics down as well as displays my commitment to keep my art slanted towards the abstract.

*DEEP SIGH* Now what can I say about this odd gangsta rapper known as 25+25 cent? I can say a list of things like I am pretty sure he has a p**sy in between his legs rather than a you know what. I can say that he is becoming more involved with starting drama with others rather than picking up the phone and checking on lil Marcus and blah blah blah. But no matter how much I can say about 25 Cent, that still won't change the fact that he is officially becoming irrelevant in the rap game. That would explain the Buck phone conversation, the recent beefs with all these rappers, and the T.I. you so thought track.
The way 25 Cent see it things is that if he start as much drama with people, even if that requires him putting the pants to rest and slide on his pink skirt. He will stay relevant and people will not forget about him. I know one thing, I would rather be a T.I. kid right now than a 50 Cent..why because which pop would you choose? Someone who has no back bone and becoming a p**sy more and more everyday and in desperate need to apply the red lipstick on or someone who has a back bone and handling situations at hand on his two feet without looking for a hand from anyone.
The year of 2008 is most definitely going to be a big year for R&B singer Ne-Yo. Why? you might ask at the moment...well because it will be none other than the ' Year of the Gentleman' . I wanted to let you all know that I will make my Broadway debut in HAIRSPRAY on FRIDAY, JULY 18! It has been a dream of mine to perform on Braodway since I saw the Nutcracker with my mother when I was 6 years old. Before MTV and Danity Kane I played the lead in various musicals such as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Carmen in Fame, and Sandy in Grease. I am a little too thin to play the lead role in HAIRSPRAY so I will be playing Tracy Turnblad's stuck-up arch-nemesis Amber Von Tussle! Nothing beats Broadway but I am even more excited to act with the all-star cast of ASHLEY PARKER ANGEL,TEVIN CAMPBELL, JENIFER LEWIS, and GEORGE WENDT! Thank you all of my dear fans who have made an opportunity like this possible and I hope you come out and see the show.
Atlanta native rapper Young Jeezy is on the August 2008 issue of Vibe magazine. When visiting the site and getting a little more information about this issue that is proclaimed to be VIBE's first ever real rap issue. I noticed that in the cover story "Can't tell me nothing" which features Young Jeezy of course, says that Jeezy opens up about Keyshia Cole and ....I wonder what that means since there are days when you hear them two are together, other days were they are not and hell some days were they were never in a relationship. This is vey confusing of you ask me. This is one issue that I will be picking up.
Known for his public outburst and successful rap career, Kanye West is back at it with his minor outburst. Only this time, he has taken a much higher level rather than screaming, making a scene or hell crying for that matter. West decided to blog in response to Crackhead singer Amy Winehouse not too kind remarks about him recently. On his blog written this past Sat, Kane writes:

Fantasia celebrated her Birthday with balloons,friends and her man by her side recently in Atlanta. In attendance to Tasia's birthday party were: Xscape former members - Tiny & Kandi (Tiny who looks FAB despite all of you hating ass b*tches comments) Grand Hustle's Kuntry Kane, Young Dro and Trey Songz just to name a few. I would of have much more photos to post but the boy FreddyO made all the photos transparent so I could not save and copy/paste..Oh well!
Well the recent word that is going around the net is that singer/actress Alicia Keys has set her mind to retire from her music career not too far from now. To my understanding, she feels she is in a very comfortable state financially and emotionally. Keys also went further by saying that "I would like to travel the world and stay in places instead of having to move on like I do now. I want to experience difference cultures." I hope decision about retiring did not have anything to do with that scum known as 25+25 Cent. I don't believe it, she will probably pull a Jay-Z move in the long run even if she do retire. What do you think?

ReppingBeantown.com will be collaborating with one of Boston's fab events/graphic design site known as Urbanized.net to bring out the real reason why RB was created in the first place. Which was to shine light on Beantown and all it's urban content. Now..don't get me wrong, you will still get your latest entertainment updates on a regular basis, but we will tweak them around to fit a much bigger audience. That is why you will see me contacting a lot of you blog owners for special needs that only you can achieve individually. Anyways..I am very exited about this project and hope you guys are too. Please do not be alarm if you see that things looks a little out of place. :)
