"Beyonce paid a visit to two concergoers who were injured during one of her concerts. The accident took place Sunday night at the start of Bey's performance in St. Louis. Though few details were made available, the two fans were reportedly injured when pyrotechnics meant for the stage spilled into the front row. The concertgoers were taken to St. Louis' Barnes-Jewish Hospital and treated for minor injuries, The Associated Press reports. Shortly after completing her show, Beyonce headed over to the hospital where she visited with the injured fans."She was just very concered about the people injured in the audience. It was unannounced and we kept it very low-key so that she could spend time with them," hospital spokeswwoman Kathy Holleman told AP about the approximately 45-minute visit.
