The show opened up with R&B singer
Alicia Keys collaborating with the late Frank Sinnatra on a soulful duet.
Prince slided on the stage with his bright red suite to present miss Alicia Keys with the Best R&B song grammy for "
No One"
Rihanna along with her akward outfit, nearly broke my tv screen in the midst of making her best effort to sing Umbrella live. She later proceeded to perform her latest single Please don't stop the music.
The camera caught a 3 second of Young Dro and Fantasia seated side-by-side and well cozy with each other *smilin from ear to ear* but sadly I almost went nuts to find that particular photo today but no luck ladies and gents :(
Amy crackhead Winehouse won best new artist but was not at the show to receive her award.
Kanye later blazed the stage with his glow in the dark jacket and shades.
West performed "Stronger" with a nice surrounding/set that was screaming out of space! Very nice job.
He finished the job with a special performance in the memory of his mama, Donda West.
Fergie did a slight collaboration with John Legend (not sure what it was)
Beyonce narrated for the one and only Tina Turner's entrance. *Two Thumbs Up*
Tina Turner came down the stairs with tight her metalic suit and performed her classic hit single What's Love got to do with it, along with some other ones
The two performance queens did the damn thing! I don't care what any one says.
Oh did you expect more...? sorry I was knocked out after that LOL!
1 representers:
...i did enjoy B's narration before Tina came out...
