Hip-hop mogul Sean (Diddy) Combs' plans for a $100,000 fireworks extravaganza in East Hampton next week have fizzled.Town officials put a damper on the show at an Aug. 14 meeting, citing police overtime costs and the danger of luring boating rubberneckers to a rocky coastline.Combs had planned an all-white Grucci fireworks show over Northwest Harbor as part of his White Party on Sept. 2, a celebfest with an all-white dress code.The party will go on, however, with invites out to 250 A-listers._NYDailynews
