The second annual Ozone Awards took place on Monday the 13th. Hosted by Lil Duval and Charlie Murphy, if I'm not mistaken. From the looks of these photos and this one email that was sent to me. This award was more than ghetto..lol! That's what the person which will remain anonymous wrote. People was looking a "hot-ass mess from head to toe"
